The first thing you'll need to do is give us access to Usabilla's public API. Please follow the instructions here to generate your Access Key and Secret Key: https://support.usabilla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019493372-Getting-Started-with-the-Usabilla-Public-API.

Then all we need to know is exactly what data you'd like us to pull into Chattermill. There are several different types of feedback:

  • campaigns
  • buttons
  • apps
  • apps_campaigns
  • emails

We need to know the feedback type, and corresponding ID for each data type you want us to analyse. For example: button_id_1, app_campaign_id_2
