Chattermill can analyse feedback in most languages! The only exception is phonetic spellings (https://www.dictionary.com/e/phonetic-spelling/).
There's no need for manual translating - we'll take care of it all. Our machine learning models analyse the feedback, and the comments can be visualised in the platform in both English and their original language.
Worried about mistranslation?
The great thing about using neural-nets (like we do) is that they operate at a semantic level of language rather than depending on any one 'key-word' to identify meaning or sentiment. This means that if a word is slightly mistranslated or even misspelled, the algorithm will look at the context in which it is being used and still have significantly higher likelihood of classification than a rule-based or key-word based system.
