Chattermill can automatically send you a notification via Slack when data meeting a certain criteria is added.

For example this could be when a customer has asked for further contact or has scored you with a particularly low NPS score.
Once the criteria is met Chattermill will send you an alert on Slack containing the data that you require.

To get started you just need to create a webhook in Slack:

Once you've done that simply share the hook with us along with the criteria you'd like the data to meet and the information you'd like the alert to include.
